Your data
Privacy.
In short: this website uses no tracking services, serves fonts and images from its own server and embeds external content only after you click. Everything we process is set out here. English translation for convenience; the legally binding version is the German Datenschutzerklärung.

2. Provision of the website and server logs
When you access this website, the web server processes technically necessary connection data: IP address, date and time, requested address, amount of data transferred, referrer and browser and operating system information. This data serves the delivery, stability and security of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; legitimate interest in secure operation). Log data is normally deleted after 14 days at the latest unless a security-relevant incident requires longer retention.
The website is operated on a server of netcup GmbH, Karlsruhe, in Germany. The technical service provider is We Love 2 Design, Berlin, with whom a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is concluded.
3. Contact form, e-mail and telephone
If you contact us via the contact form, by e-mail or by phone, we process your details to handle your request: subject, name, e-mail address, message and – optionally – your phone number. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for contract-related requests and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering).
Form requests are transmitted encrypted and stored with access protection on the server named above. To prevent automated requests, the IP address is stored in pseudonymised form (hash value) for one hour and the number of requests is limited. Requests are deleted once handling is complete and no statutory retention obligations apply – after twelve months at the latest if no contractual relationship arises. No automated decision-making takes place.
4. External content from the property system (ilogu)
The property overview, exposés, reference list and valuation assistant can display content from the property system ilogu (operator according to its provider information: ilogu, www.ilogu.de). This content is only embedded once you click “Load content from ilogu”. Only then does the provider receive technically necessary data such as your IP address and browser information and may use its own storage techniques. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, section 25 (1) TDDDG), which you can withdraw at any time by closing the content.
Links to the full exposé and to PDF documents lead directly to the property system. You leave this website only when you click.
5. Links to other providers
Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Maps, the micro-apartments Leipzig website and our partner’s energy certificate service are linked only, not embedded. Only when you use one of these links do you reach the external provider, whose privacy notice applies.
6. Fonts, images, videos and audience measurement
Fonts, images and videos are served from our own server. No analytics, advertising or social media services are embedded and no cookies are set for marketing or analytics purposes. That is why the website does not ask for cookie consent.
7. Use of AI services
For the design of this website we used generative AI services to create the film scenes on the home page. This generation took place exclusively in advance during production – no data is transmitted to AI providers when you visit this website. No AI chatbot and no AI-based analysis of your behaviour is in use. Your data is not used for training purposes.
8. Recipients and transfers to third countries
Your data is passed on only to the technical service provider (hosting, maintenance) and – where necessary to handle your request – to notaries, owners or prospective buyers involved. This website does not transfer data to countries outside the EU.
9. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Please contact the address given above.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin, Germany.
10. Status and changes
As of 15 September 2026. This notice describes the technical structure of the new website. Before operation under the client domain, the data processing agreement, deletion periods and the details of the property system will be finalised with the operator.
