Who we are
JB Immobilien is an owner-managed estate agency in Berlin-Steglitz, founded and led by Julian Bilek.
We support owners in selling and letting, buyers in their search and investors with investment properties – in Berlin, the surrounding Brandenburg region and, on a project basis, beyond, for example with furnished micro-apartments in Leipzig. What sets us apart from large chains is simple: the person you meet first stays with you to the end.
The team also includes Denis Drost for insurance and energy matters around the property and Sophie Nagorny, who coordinates the processes and makes sure you always know where your project stands.
The team
Owner
Responsible for: Sales, valuation and marketing.
Julian Bilek is personally responsible for every transaction. He analyses the market, develops the strategy for each property and guides owners, communities of heirs and investors from the first assessment to the notary appointment.
Insurance broker · Energy consultant
Responsible for: Insurance, claims handling and energy contracts.
Denis Drost supports owners, property managers and investors with insurance questions, claims handling and energy contracts. His aim: understandable advice and economically sound cover for the property.
Client care · Insurance clerk (IHK)
Responsible for: Client care and process coordination.
Sophie Nagorny coordinates everything around properties and insurance: appointments, documents, feedback. She makes sure clients always know where their project stands.
Qualifications that count
Julian Bilek is a qualified real estate agent (IHK) and Real Estate Economist (ADI) and has worked in various areas of the property industry since 2017 – from lettings to project development. In practice this means: valuation, financing, law and marketing are not topics he hands off to third parties, but the core of his work.

Where to find us
Our office is on Albrechtstraße in Berlin-Steglitz, a few minutes from Steglitz town hall and Schloßstraße. We arrange personal appointments individually – at the office, at your home or directly at the property.
